High quality architectural design, detailing and materiality

High functionality, low maintenance, ‘through life’ awareness

Integrate Renewable Energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage

Solution) for lower running costs

High quality landscaping and amenity, minimise car parking

Appropriate scale and form of new buildings within village

context, legible design and accessibility

Maximise orientation for natural light and aspect
